Benchmarks: Potable/Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade, 1,000 sq ft. Parking Area
Design/build new construction of 40,000 sq ft. of Butler pre-engineered spaces including 6,282 s ft. of clean room tenant improvements, 1,000 sq ft. parking area, a separate 1,000 sq ft. building to house a linear accelerator for the sterilizer of medical products, and an upgrade of the potable and wastewater treatment facility.
